good day everyone , 

good hart here just wanting to give you guys a bit of a back story me and my wife have worked in both sectors for five plus years and we thought would be a wonderful opportunity to make a mark in the community , my back story i have done support work in the disability and age care sectors for 9 years and team leader role with other company's and a support coordinator of recent times  , what i experienced is the company's lost there touch about the true value of supporting people with a disability and aging people . we have a one year cheeky boy but we  are excited about our new adventure
